What moves a quote up or down
Larger programmes with several billing products take longer to inventory. Batch billing, multiple grace codes, or incomplete cancel reasons add reconstruction time. Clean Direct Debit exports with stable plan codes usually sit at the lower end of the ranges above.
Deposits and scheduling
Engagements over £3,000 typically require a 30% booking deposit to reserve analyst time. The balance is due on delivery of the written pack. Quarterly retainers are invoiced at the start of each quarter.
