How engagements unfold

A clear sequence for subscription lifecycle measurement work — from first briefing through cohort construction to the written map.

Open notebook with a structured checklist

CloudLoop Digital treats each engagement as a piece of professional work with a start, a deliverable, and a handoff. The origami-like layering you see on this site is only visual; the practice itself stays concrete: dates, billing codes, and renewal windows.

We ask for access to sample extracts under your own data-sharing rules. We do not require you to migrate onto new systems mid-project. If a signal depends on a field you do not collect, that limitation appears in the pack with a practical alternative.

When programmes already have a trusted analyst in-house, we often work as a second pair of eyes on definitions and cohort cuts rather than owning the monthly report forever. The quarterly retainer exists for teams who want scheduled checks before heavy renewal months without a permanent hire.

From first briefing to measurement map

Briefing call

We learn how you bill, when renewals land, and which exits currently look like “churn.” No preparation pack required beyond a short description of your programme.

Data inventory

Together we list the fields you already hold: join date, plan, payment status, cancel reason, and any grace or pause codes. Gaps are noted before analysis starts.

Cohort construction

We rebuild renewal cohorts on a definition you can defend to both membership and finance, then test churn signals against that same calendar.

Written map and briefing

You receive a measurement map, ranked precursors, and a live briefing with your leads. Optional follow-on work is scoped only after you have the first deliverable.
