What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where allowed, understand how pages are used.
How we use cookies
CloudLoop Digital uses essential cookies required for basic operation (including remembering your cookie consent choice) and, only if you accept, analytics cookies to understand aggregate visits to pages about subscription lifecycle measurement and related engagements.
Rejecting analytics cookies does not block access to content, forms, or engagement information.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
cloudloop_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject choice for the cookie banner | 1 year | CloudLoop Digital (first-party) |
cl_session_essential | Maintains basic site integrity during a visit when required by hosting | Session | CloudLoop Digital / hosting |
_ga | Distinguishes visitors for aggregate analytics (only if accepted) | 2 years | Google Analytics |
_ga_* | Persists analytics session state (only if accepted) | 2 years | Google Analytics |
Analytics cookies are not set until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, only essential cookies related to consent storage remain.
Managing cookies
You can change your mind by clearing site data for cloudloop.digital in your browser, which removes cloudloop_cookie_consent and shows the banner again. You can also block cookies in browser settings; essential functions such as reading pages remain available, though preference memory may reset.
Third-party cookies
If analytics are accepted, Google may set cookies as listed above under its own policies. We do not control third-party retention beyond our configuration. See also our privacy notice.
Impact of disabling
Disabling essential consent storage means the banner may reappear. Disabling analytics simply means we will not receive aggregate visit statistics; all public pages and the contact form continue to work.
